Job Overview As a Customer Acquisition Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by demonstrating the value and benefits of our products or services to customers. Your primary focus will be on selling and/or renewing contracts, effectively articulating the value of our offerings, and providing exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts to inform business decisions and drive growth. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including technical aspects, to assess client requirements and provide tailored solutions. Initiate steps to address customer concerns and roadblocks, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction. Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain customers and win new business. Handle a high volume of customer contacts via phone and email, with a focus on outbound communication. Collaborate with your team and management to deliver a professional experience during all customer interactions. Maintain our customer management system (CRM) to ensure accurate data capture and effective sales pipeline management. Undertake sales motions, including lead qualification, conversion, health checks, and contract renewals, to drive business growth. Work closely with your team and report directly to a Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success. Qualifications and Requirements To succeed as a Customer Acquisition Specialist at blithequark, you should possess: At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales or service role, with a proven track record of achieving personal and team sales targets. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with high-volume calling and sales pipeline management, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices. Familiarity with MS Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.com. A strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, products, and services, with a commitment to ongoing professional development. Experience working from home or in a remote environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a similar sales or customer acquisition role, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics. Knowledge of our products and services, or similar offerings, with the ability to articulate their value and benefits to customers. Experience working with diverse customer groups, with a strong understanding of cultural and individual differences. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong academic record and a commitment to ongoing learning.
