Job Overview The Associate, Customer Acquisition role is a critical component of our sales team, responsible for demonstrating the value and benefits of our products or services to customers and driving revenue growth through strategic sales and customer engagement. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clients, understand their needs, and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Your primary focus will be on selling and/or renewing contracts, with a strong emphasis on providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities Work within a dedicated territory and team to achieve revenue-based quotas by selling renewals/services and identifying up-sell opportunities Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts to inform business decisions Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to assess client requirements and provide tailored solutions Initiate steps to address customer concerns and roadblocks, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction Manage external competitive pressures and handle objections to retain customers and win new business Communicate effectively with customers and prospects through phone and email, with a high volume of outbound interactions Collaborate with your team and management to deliver a professional experience during all customer interactions Maintain our customer management system (CRM) to ensure accurate data capture and inform sales strategies Undertake sales motions, including lead qualification, lead conversion, health checks, and contract renewals Work closely with your team and report directly to a Sales Manager to achieve shared goals and objectives Essential Qualifications 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales, with a proven track record of achieving personal and team sales quotas/goals Experience in high-volume calling and customer engagement, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to learn new technology and data, with a strong understanding of MS Office programs and experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to address customer concerns and drive sales growth Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a similar industry or role, with a deep understanding of our products and services Strong technical skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems Experience working in a team environment, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and shared goals Ability to work from home, with a self-motivated and disciplined approach to remote work Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
