You'll receive inbound calls from customers who require assistance with complex account inquiries and/or are looking for alternatives that cannot be easily found online. Your role will involve personalizing the customer's journey from start to finish of each conversation, providing reservation assistance, and ensuring accurate vacation details. You'll also be responsible for exceeding customer expectations and anticipating their needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to our owners and guests through inbound calls * Personalize the customer's journey from start to finish of each conversation * Provide reservation assistance and ensure accurate vacation details * Exceed customer expectations and anticipate their needs * Utilize creative problem-solving abilities to resolve complex account inquiries * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions * Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (required) * Bachelor's degree (preferred) * Outstanding communication skills * Ability to navigate multiple systems, including MS Office, Internet, and internal programs * Reliable high-speed Internet service * Ability to work from home with focus space and limited distractions * Availability to work evenings and Saturdays (Sundays off) **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Knowledge of MS Office and internal programs * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, business, communications) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our associates grow and develop their careers.
