Job Overview: Contract Call Data Entry Specialist – Care Coordination We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and thorough Contract Call Data Entry Specialist to support our care coordination efforts. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and efficient data entry, maintaining client records, and supporting our team in delivering exceptional care coordination services. Key Responsibilities: Enter, update, and verify client and case management data in internal systems with high accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to healthcare services, referrals, and outreach efforts, ensuring data integrity and consistency across all platforms. Utilize MS Excel to organize, sort, and analyze data as needed, providing insights that support informed decision-making. Leverage Office 365 applications (Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) for efficient documentation and communication, ensuring seamless collaboration with care coordinators and administrative staff. Work closely with the care coordination team to process client information efficiently, identifying and correcting data discrepancies or errors in a timely manner. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security and HIPAA regulations, ensuring the highest standards of data protection and patient privacy. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement process improvements, enhancing data entry efficiency and accuracy. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a healthcare setting, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Excel and Office 365 applications, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with care coordinators, administrative staff, and other stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and correct data discrepancies or errors. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security and HIPAA regulations.
