As a Compliance Analytics Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of compliance monitoring solutions, managing risk assessments, and utilizing business intelligence tools to analyze data and identify potential risk areas. This role offers a unique blend of technical data analysis and compliance management, addressing both pharmacy and front-end regulations, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and standards across the entire scope of the business. Key Responsibilities Manage the development and execution of compliance risk assessments of business activities for assigned areas of responsibility. Lead the development of risk-based compliance monitoring work plans and protocols. Design and execute compliance monitoring data analysis as directed by the Compliance Monitoring Examination Manager. Analyze and document monitoring results. Prepare reports of monitoring results and provide recommendations to business leaders to mitigate potential compliance risks. Prepare and format reports of monitoring activities, results, and related remedial action plans. Serve as an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/veterans. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in a compliance monitoring or examining capacity (e.g., internal audit, compliance monitoring) OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least 5 years of experience in a compliance monitoring or examining capacity. At least 2 years of experience developing metrics, analyzing data, and converting it into information that can be used to identify potential risk areas or trends. Experience working with data analytical tools and processes. At least 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership, and/or cross-functional team management. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: At least 5 years of experience in a compliance monitoring or examining capacity. Experience with regulatory compliance requirements relating to retail pharmacy and/or healthcare provider industries. Experience working with private or highly sensitive data. Experience creating and delivering presentations to various audience levels within the organization. Proficiency in using business intelligence software for data analysis, such as Business Objects, Cognos, Scene, Masters, etc. Skilled in extracting and mining data, along with expertise in data acquisition, profiling, managing data warehouses, and understanding statistical concepts like regression, data science, and AI. Advanced skills in creating and resolving SQL queries for large-scale database management.
