Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Community Success Lead to join our team in a remote work-from-home capacity. As a Community Success Lead, you will be responsible for representing Walmart Health in your community and driving membership growth through significant relationships with community leaders and seniors. Key Responsibilities Drive patient acquisition and loyalty at an assigned Walmart Health location through developing, maintaining, and executing an annual sales plan Engage with potential clients individually or through phone, email, or text messages Collaborate with local Walmart Health staff and community organizations to attend or host events aimed at introducing potential patients and community members to Walmart Health Host tours to Walmart Health centers and provide opportunities for the Walmart Health staff to be seen by the public Build a community engagement platform by generating leads through events and outreach to community organizations, agents, and brokers Develop relationships with senior care or other facilities or organizations that refer potential clients to Walmart Health Track and qualify leads generated through centralized marketing efforts Follow up with new clients on set intervals to ensure a smooth onboarding and effective experience with Walmart Health Track weekly activities and results and appropriately forecast predicted sales performance About the Role As a Community Success Lead, you will be reporting to a Community Success Manager and will be responsible for growing strong and lasting community and personal relationships that drive membership growth and loyalty. This is a remote work-from-home opportunity, and you will be required to have a strong and diverse skill set in relevant areas to drive success. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid state-issued driver's license and regular access to a vehicle Prior work experience in using the Microsoft Office suite of products Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in General Business or related area Prior work experience in a role requiring knowledge of Medicare requirements and restrictions Prior work experience in the healthcare industry Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with community leaders and seniors. You will also need to be highly organized and able to work independently in a remote capacity. Additionally, you will need to be proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite of products and have experience with sales planning and execution.
