As a Collision Repair Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support, even in the most complex situations. **Key Responsibilities** As a Collision Repair Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Scheduling maintenance and ensuring seamless communication between the Internal Body Shop and our customers * Liaising between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop to resolve issues efficiently * Preparing vehicles for arrival, including WARP and CCC management * Providing exceptional customer service and managing expectations * Coordinating rental arrangements and vehicle handoffs * Updating vehicle reputation and ensuring accurate records * Reordering materials and components as needed * Conducting repair overviews and ensuring timely delivery **What You'll Bring** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A certificate from a vocational school in collision repair (preferred) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions * Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain cooperative relationships with customers, colleagues, and vendors * Microsoft Office experience (preferred) * A willingness to teach and train others * Comfort working in a fast-paced collision repair environment * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Must be at least 18 years of age **Essential Qualifications** * 1-2 years of experience in collision repair or a related field * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Excellent time management and organizational skills * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams * Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Preferred Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in collision repair or a related field * Experience working with WARP and CCC management systems * Knowledge of electric vehicle technology and repair procedures * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Strong technical skills, including knowledge of collision repair procedures and electric vehicle technology * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, colleagues, and vendors * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
