Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to members, providers, and internal stakeholders via phone, web, or written correspondence. Develop a deep understanding of blithequark's plans, benefits, and policies to effectively guide members through their healthcare journey. Respond to complex inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Escalate critical issues to relevant staff, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to members. Document and track interactions with members, providers, and internal stakeholders, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Foster strong relationships with members by actively listening to their needs, empathizing with their concerns, and providing personalized support. Stay up-to-date on blithequark's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to inform and educate members. Anticipate member needs, proactively offering relevant information and resources to enhance their experience. Essential Qualifications Four-year certification or equivalent experience. Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, such as a call center or retail setting. Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding when interacting with members. Experience working in a production environment, with a focus on meeting productivity and quality standards. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Availability to work a fixed second or third shift schedule. Preferred Qualifications Ability to multitask effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet productivity and quality standards. Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare concepts. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
