Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by responding to and resolving member inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Develop a deep understanding of blithequark's plans, systems, and resources to effectively guide members through their benefits and resolve issues. Build strong relationships with members by being empathetic, understanding, and proactive in addressing their needs and concerns. Document and track interactions with members, providers, and plan support teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Analyze member needs and provide relevant information to address unasked questions, such as additional coverage details, benefit plan information, and member self-service tools. Understand member eligibility and specific limitations according to contract, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Client Support Agent at blithequark, you'll need: A four-year certification or equivalent experience. Previous customer service experience in a trade-based environment, such as a call center or retail setting, with a proven track record of being empathetic and patient. Experience working in a production environment, with the ability to maintain accuracy and productivity standards. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Availability to work either second or third shift schedule. Preferred Qualifications To stand out as a candidate, you'll ideally have: Multitasking abilities to achieve liability effectively.
