Your Role as a Client Service Representative As a key player in our Valley Stream, NY Office, you will be responsible for ensuring a first-class experience for our clients. Your diverse workload will include handling corporate filings, lien research requests, and other orders from our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass: Dealing with clients and addressing inquiries via phone and email Preparing quotes and processing orders Collaborating with our fulfillment teams to ensure seamless delivery of services Providing crucial support in resolving client issues and ensuring timely resolution Your role is diverse, challenging, and rewarding, and we have a comprehensive training and support program in place to guarantee your success and growth within the company. Key Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of client inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels Process and manage orders, including preparing quotes, processing payments, and coordinating with fulfillment teams Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely resolution of issues and exceeding client expectations Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and company policies, and apply this knowledge to improve client service and internal processes What We Seek in a Candidate We're looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual with a commitment to professional development, excellence, and integrity.
