Job Synopsis We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Analyst and Data Entry Specialist to join our team at blithequark. As a single point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for everyday correspondence, conducting program surveys, assisting clients through agreement drug store reviews, delivering program productivity, and streamlining opportunities. You will also work closely with our internal teams to identify and resolve issues in support of our clients. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong understanding of the 340B program. Key Responsibilities Maintain and reinforce client relationships by providing required services that address client concerns Act as a subject matter expert to drive 340B program advancement opportunities Own the end-to-end resolution for any inquiries and issues while exhibiting impressive skill and providing the highest level of service consistently Utilize cross-functional support teams to request and interpret different data streams, and communicate business results and trends that impact the client and their overall 340B program performance Solicit client feedback and determine process improvement solutions, suggesting system upgrades as needed Instruct clients regarding any reporting changes and guide them through the changes, analyzing client requirements to foster more effective reporting Offer essential support expected to clients for 340B reviews by providing clarification of the data transfer through various systems Participate in the client's review cycle and offer support on-site or remotely Maintain records of client interactions, recording details, complaints, comments, and actions made, and contact clients to answer inquiries or inform them of investigation results and planned changes Develop and cultivate working relationships with various internal partners (IT, Stores, Legal, Sales, etc.) to facilitate useful exchanges of information Foster an in-depth understanding of the 340B program and continually strive to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the program Stay informed about the healthcare and pharmacy services industry, utilizing this knowledge to identify ways and make proposals to enhance the 340B program Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma with at least 2 years of client or account relationship experience Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving moderate to complex business issues, and recommending and implementing solutions to resolve issues Experience developing approaches to achieving objectives and meeting deadlines with minimal management, relying on oneself to complete goals and determining when escalation of issues is necessary Experience communicating both verbally (on the phone, one-on-one, and to groups) and in writing (emails, letters, reports, presentations) to various audiences (work group, team, organization management, and external clients) Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction Basic level expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state) Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of client/customer service experience Experience working in a client or account management environment Experience in the healthcare industry, including 340B, pharmacy, hospital, clinic, or PBM Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong understanding of the 340B program and its requirements Basic level expertise in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
