As a Chat Support Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely from approved states, enjoy a flexible schedule, and receive competitive compensation and benefits. **Job Summary:** We're seeking an experienced Chat Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a key member of our virtual support team, you'll be responsible for answering incoming chats, consulting customers on enhancing the value of their contact lens purchase, and proactively communicating with your manager and team members to ensure success.
