Providing accurate information about products and services, addressing customer needs with empathy and professionalism. Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and inquiries. Problem Solving You'll be expected to: Identify and document customer issues, escalating complex inquiries to senior support staff as necessary. Use effective problem-solving techniques to troubleshoot customer concerns and implement satisfactory solutions quickly. Follow-Up You'll be responsible for: Conducting follow-up communications with customers to ensure their inquiries have been resolved satisfactorily. Preparing and sending follow-up emails as needed, maintaining communication until the issue is fully resolved. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a chat support environment.
