Key Responsibilities As a Chat Moderator at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and quality of our online community. Your primary responsibilities will include: Moderating the chat on our official Discord server, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and rules. Deleting messages that violate server rules, providing clear explanations when necessary. Banning users who repeatedly disregard community guidelines, maintaining a fair and consistent approach. Muting users who have broken the rules, giving them time to reflect on their actions. Investigating user reports about potential rule violations, resolving issues promptly and fairly. Collaborating with other moderators and team members to maintain a cohesive and effective moderation strategy. Staying up-to-date with community feedback and suggesting improvements to moderation policies and procedures.
