Job Summary The primary function of this role is to process prescription orders from RedBox Rx providers, assist customers with visit and treatment-related inquiries, and perform data entry tasks. As a certified pharmacy technician, you will be accountable for creating new patient profiles, handling customer inquiries via phone and email, and working collaboratively with the team to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and facility policies.
