Your primary focus will be on remote data entry of prescriptions for all Ontario arenaflex pharmacies, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with provincial regulations. Additionally, you will assist pharmacists in various duties, including updating patient profiles, filling prescriptions, and managing inventory. Key Responsibilities Assist pharmacists in updating patient profiles and entering prescription information into the pharmacy computer system, adhering to provincial regulations and ensuring patient confidentiality. Support pharmacists in filling prescriptions by preparing stock bottles, counting, pouring, restocking, labeling, and pricing prescriptions under direct supervision, following safety and security procedures. Prepare third-party insurance claims, process invoices, and make accounting entries using a computerized system, demonstrating proficiency in financial and administrative tasks. Manage inventory by ordering, receiving, tagging, and stocking prescription drugs and supplies, following product storage procedures and standards to maintain a well-organized and efficient warehouse. Order, receive, tag, and stock over-the-counter products in accordance with the merchandising plan for the department, creating product signs and performing over-the-counter roaming as needed. Provide remote data entry of prescriptions for all Ontario arenaflex pharmacies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in data processing.
