As a Care Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting family interviews, providing education and guidance, composing and publishing job posts, screening and vetting care provider candidates, and collaborating with our Care Specialist teams to deliver a comprehensive range of service offerings. Key Responsibilities Conduct family interviews to assess and understand care needs, schedules, and job requirements Provide education and guidance related to the caregiving industry and best practices Compose and publish job posts on our platform to attract qualified candidates Screen and vet care provider candidates through applications and interviews Collaborate with Care Specialist teams to deliver a comprehensive range of service offerings Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and care providers Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in caregiving and customer service Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree and 2-4+ years of client service experience, preferably in a human services or child care field. You should also possess high emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and exceptional multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills. The ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment is essential, and experience in the caregiving or child care industry is highly desirable.
