Experienced Call Center Representative for Data Entry and Customer Service – Full-Time Remote Opportunity with arenaflex at $25-$35/Hour

Job Overview In this full-time remote position, you will work as a call center representative, handling high-volume customer requests, performing data entry tasks, and providing support to pharmacists and other stakeholders. As a key member of the arenaflex team, you will be responsible for utilizing pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and medication information, investigating missing data, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities: Utilize arenaflex's data entry procedures and guidelines to process new patient enrollments and enter information into the appropriate system. Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing. Investigate to obtain missing medication data and interpret clinical abbreviations (SIG codes). Resolve all data entry-related exceptions and communicate with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders as needed. Provide assistance to pharmacists, both in the office and in different locations, and escalate issues to senior-level staff as appropriate. Acquire a dynamic professional license or certification within the initial 90 days and maintain an active professional license or certification. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Basic level computer skills, including starting and shutting down a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between applications, saving files, printing reports, and accessing information online. Basic web browser skills, including opening a browser, typing in URLs, using a search engine, bookmarking a page, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online. Intermediate-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents). Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. At least 18 years old. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you a stronger candidate for this role: At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment. At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certificate/registration by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or a nationally recognized certification agency. Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction. Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents). Fluency in Spanish and English.
