Job Overview arenaflex is seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join its team in a full-time remote capacity. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for performing data entry tasks, answering high-volume customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service to patients and prescribers. You will work under direct supervision and adhere to established guidelines, protocols, and procedures. Key Responsibilities Utilize arenaflex's data entry systems and protocols to process new patient enrollments and enter patient and medication information into the appropriate systems. Handle patient medication requests, investigate missing medication information, and interpret clinical abbreviations (SIG codes) in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Resolve data entry-related exceptions and communicate with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide support. Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages to patients, prescribers, and other parties, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with pharmacists, both in-office and in other locations, to provide support and resolve issues as needed. Acquire and maintain an active professional license or certification within the initial 90 days of employment and adhere to ongoing licensure or certification requirements. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Basic-level computer skills, including starting and shutting down a computer, using a mouse, launching and closing programs, switching between applications, saving files, printing reports, and accessing information online. Basic web browser skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs, using a search engine, bookmarking websites, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing online forms. Intermediate-level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute (WPM), typing by memory, and formatting documents. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Must be at least 18 years old. Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or call center environment. At least 1.5 years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a certificate or registration by the state, as granted by the State Board of Pharmacy or a nationally recognized certification agency. Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction. Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM, typing by memory, and formatting documents. Fluency in Spanish and English.
