You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, accurate data entry, and efficient resolution of customer concerns. Your expertise in data entry, customer service, and problem-solving will enable you to make a meaningful impact on our customers' lives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, responding to questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules processes to accurately enter patient and medication data into our systems * Enter top-off orders for handling, investigate missing solution data, and decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes) * Settle all information entry-related exceptions, ensuring accurate and timely resolution * Handle correspondence with patients, including inbound calls, visits, and messages, and settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis * Resolve Outsider Oddballs by surveying, gathering data, making remedies, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement necessities * Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, identifying and conveying issues to senior-level staff as needed * Maintain a dynamic specialist permit or certification within the initial 90 days and keep a functioning professional permit or certificate **Essential Qualifications:** * High school certificate or GED * Essential level computer skills, including: + Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online * Essential web browsing skills, including: + Opening a program + Composing URLs in the right area + Using a web search engine + Bookmarking a webpage + Exploring using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing forms online * 18 years old or older **Preferred Qualifications:** * At least 1 year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment * At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy professional with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification office * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction * Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing documents) * Familiarity with Spanish and English **What We Offer:** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment * Comprehensive training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge * Flexible remote work options * Opportunities for career growth and advancement * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage * Paid time off and holidays * Access to arenaflex's employee assistance program **About arenaflex:** arenaflex is a leading healthcare, pharmacy, and retail organization dedicated to making a positive impact on people's lives through better health and well-being.
