Work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time, to ensure availability to answer customer calls and provide exceptional service. Essential Qualifications Call center or customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales goals. Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours, with occasional overtime required. Verified internet service, a dedicated work area, and a secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed connection to support business needs. Ability to participate in workspace audits, including remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, and pictures of workspace setup. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
