Job Overview As a Call Center Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer queries, resolving issues, and providing product information. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating customer records, processing applications and refund requests, and escalating urgent queries to senior management. Key Responsibilities Making daily inbound and outbound calls to clients, responding to their queries, and providing product information Building long-lasting business relationships with clients through effective communication and relationship building Maintaining and updating records of all customer communications, including call logs and email correspondence Processing customer applications and refund requests in a timely and efficient manner Escalating urgent queries to senior management, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and to the client's satisfaction Making follow-up calls to clients to ensure that their issues have been resolved and to gather feedback Informing clients about promotional offers, new products, and services that may be of interest to them Responding to customer emails, ensuring that all queries are addressed in a professional and timely manner Calling clients to obtain and verify relevant information, ensuring that our customer database is up-to-date and accurate Managing our customer database, ensuring that all client information is accurate and secure Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field. You will also need to have proven work experience as a Call Center Customer Service Representative, Call Center Representative, or in a related field. A strong knowledge of customer service practices and guidelines is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle stressful situations and maintain a calm composure.
