Job Overview We are currently seeking highly motivated and skilled Call Center Agents/Data Entry Clerks to join our dynamic team of remote workers. As a key member of our call center, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service to clients and their customers, working closely with insurance companies to resolve inquiries and concerns. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers on behalf of their insurance companies, addressing their queries and providing timely resolutions Log all necessary information into multiple software programs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Receive and respond to inbound calls from customers, following established protocols and procedures Work collaboratively with insurance companies and their clients to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction Maintain a high level of productivity, handling 100+ outbound calls per day and meeting performance targets Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and email to manage customer interactions and update records Operate a multi-line phone system, navigating multiple calls and prioritizing tasks effectively Essential Qualifications: At least 2 years of inbound/outbound call center experience, with a proven track record of success High school graduate or equivalent, with a strong foundation in English language skills Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Google Sheets Ability to work independently in a quiet, dedicated workspace with minimal distractions Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed Residency in one of the following states: Colorado, Texas, Florida, or Illinois Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups Experience working in the insurance industry or a related field, with knowledge of insurance products and services Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
