Key Responsibilities Analyze data to identify trends and patterns that drive business decisions, using tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software. Work with cross-functional teams to develop strategic reports and dashboards that inform key business decisions. Design, develop, and maintain ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, and other tools to support business decision-making. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and maintenance, identifying and addressing underlying drivers of data issues. Empower effective self-service by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and presenting it in a consumable and meaningful format. Develop and deliver business reviews to senior management, highlighting progress and obstacles. Analyze historical data to identify trends and insights, informing future business decisions. Collaborate with operations and business teams to consult, develop, and implement metrics, automated reporting/process solutions, and process improvements. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 2+ years of experience in business analysis, finance, or a related field. 2+ years of experience with Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau. 2+ years of experience in business or financial analysis. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to drive business insights. Experience with SQL and data analysis. Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and experience are highly desirable: Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools. Experience with business intelligence and data warehousing. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
