Key Responsibilities Analyze data to identify trends and patterns that inform business strategy and drive decision-making. Develop and maintain strategic reports, dashboards, and metrics to support business leaders in making informed decisions. Ensure data integrity, data cleanliness, and data maintenance by researching, identifying, and organizing data from various sources. Analyze historical data to identify trends and insights. Develop and maintain new and existing artifacts focused on analysis of requirements, metrics, and reporting dashboards. Collaborate with operations and business teams to counsel, develop, and implement metrics, automated reporting/process solutions, and process improvements to address business needs. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 2+ years of experience in a business analyst, finance, or a related analytical field. 2+ years of experience with Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau. 2+ years of business or financial analysis experience. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights. Experience with SQL. Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Additionally, having the following qualifications will be a plus: Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools.
