You don’t need to be available the entire window of time, but for a good block of time. • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong follow-through and communication Bonus Points • Experience with e-commerce, real estate, multi-currency transactions, class or property tracking, sales tax filing, and 1099 preparation • Comfort reaching out to vendors or support to solve tech issues Why You’ll Love Working With Us • 100% remote and flexible schedule • Supportive, approachable team that values clarity and autonomy • Space to grow into advanced client management or accounting work • A workplace that respects balance and keeps things human Next Steps: If this sounds like your kind of fit, apply today! Shortly after, your manager asks you to create bills in QBO for invoices that just came in by email so payments can be released. This client is anxious and expects quick turnaround. While entering the bills, you notice two conflicting sets of ACH instructions, one familiar and one not. At the same time, it’s 1099 season and you need to complete a vendor review for another client by the end of next week. Question: What do you communicate immediately, and to whom? Where do you look for additional or missing information? How do you flag blockers or risks? If you’re unsure how to prioritize, how do you decide? How do you track decisions so nothing is missed?
