Background Check**: Successfully pass a criminal background check, as required by arenaflex. * **Agree to Independent Contractor Terms**: Agree to the terms of the independent contractor agreement, including the waiver of employee benefits and taxes. **Contractual Relationship** As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you'll be considered an independent contractor, with a contractual relationship between you and arenaflex.
