Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA with Key Autism Services, you will have the opportunity to work with families and individuals with autism, providing in-home ABA therapy services, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and supervising and training our team of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) technicians. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports to inform treatment planning and track client progress Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client Supervise and train ABA technicians on the implementation of treatment plans, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans for children, working collaboratively with families and caregivers to promote generalization, maintenance, and carryover of skills Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers on managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of problem behaviors as needed, using data-driven approaches to inform treatment planning and decision-making Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress to ensure that clients are meeting their goals and making meaningful progress Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must: Hold a current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state) Have a Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field Have previous experience working in ABA, preferably in a clinical or therapeutic setting Be comfortable working with families and providing in-home services, with a strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and their families Have a personal means of transportation, a reliable vehicle, and a valid driver's license, with the ability to travel between clients as needed Be able to maintain a clean driving record and provide proof of auto insurance What We Offer In return for your skills, experience, and passion, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$85,000 per year, with significant quarterly bonus potential and a combined potential salary of $100,000+.
