Job Overview As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to our customers who are experiencing difficulties with their internet services. You will be responsible for responding to chats, support tickets, and emails in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers receive the assistance they need to resolve their connectivity and account issues. Key Responsibilities Provide timely and professional assistance to customers experiencing technical difficulties related to internet services, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Respond to chats, support tickets, and emails in a prompt and courteous manner, utilizing your technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints. Offer step-by-step troubleshooting for internet and device-related problems, walking customers through complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner. Utilize Fresh Desk to log and track customer interactions, managing inquiries within service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring that all customer issues are properly documented. Access and update customer accounts using Sonar CRM, leveraging your knowledge of networking tools to provide comprehensive support to our customers. Escalate unresolved technical issues to higher-level support as needed, collaborating with network operations and IT teams to resolve complex technical problems. Participate in quality assurance activities to improve customer service, providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements that can enhance the overall customer experience. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Bilingualism : Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages. Customer Service Experience : A minimum of 3+ years of customer service experience is preferred, with a background in a call center or technical support environment being highly desirable. Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with internet troubleshooting, networking concepts, and ticketing systems (such as Fresh Desk and Sonar CRM) is essential, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies being critical to success in this role. Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner being highly valued. Flexibility : The ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and rotating schedules is necessary, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work being essential in this fast-paced environment.
