Key Responsibilities Provide timely and professional assistance to customers experiencing technical difficulties related to internet services, ensuring that all interactions are handled with empathy and a customer-centric approach. Respond to chats, support tickets, and emails efficiently, helping customers resolve connectivity and account issues in a clear and concise manner. Offer step-by-step troubleshooting for internet and device-related problems, leveraging your technical expertise and knowledge of networking concepts to resolve issues promptly. Utilize Fresh Desk to log and track customer interactions, manage inquiries within service level agreements (SLAs), and ensure that all customer interactions are documented accurately. Access and update customer accounts using Sonar CRM, and leverage networking tools for support, demonstrating a high level of proficiency in using technology to drive customer satisfaction. Escalate unresolved technical issues to higher-level support as needed, collaborating with network operations and IT teams for complex troubleshooting, and ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently. Participate in quality assurance activities to improve customer service, providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements, and contributing to the development of best practices that enhance the customer experience. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages. At least 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support. Familiarity with internet troubleshooting, networking concepts, and ticketing systems (Fresh Desk, Sonar CRM), with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and rotating schedules, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability in a remote work environment.
