We offer a range of career growth opportunities and learning benefits to help our employees achieve their full potential. **Responsibilities** As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, your responsibilities will include: * **Fielding Customer Inquiries**: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, finding innovative ways to resolve their questions, issues, and concerns. * **Connecting with Customers**: Connect with customers to resolve their questions or concerns, calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues. * **Escalating Interactions**: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring that customers receive the support they need. * **Tracking Call-Related Information**: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. * **Providing Feedback**: Provide feedback on call issues to help improve our services. * **Meeting Sales Objectives**: Meet sales objectives as defined, working to exceed targets and drive business growth. **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
