As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. **Your Responsibilities** As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, your key responsibilities will include: * Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Meeting sales objectives as defined **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: * Bilingual Spanish/English language skills * A minimum of 6 months' customer service experience * Over 18 years of age * Ability to type 25 wpm * High School Graduate or GED * Comfort with desktop computer systems * Proven oral and written communication skills * 6 months' Call Center experience, preferred * Logical problem-solving skills * Availability to work various shifts * Ability to use Windows operating systems * Organization and work prioritization skills * 6 months' sales experience minimum * Ability to work independently * Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment * Ability to stay composed and objective * Strong listening skills * Superior negotiating skills **Work from Home Requirements** To ensure your success as a remote Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, you will need to meet the following requirements: * Internet Connection Requirements: + Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms + Proof of internet speed required * Clean and quiet workspace **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and innovation.
