Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Spanish Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a part-time member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering unparalleled personalized support and guidance to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty with our products. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound orders, account creation, returns, and upgrades, and provide product expertise while maintaining performance metrics. Passionately promote our products to clients, process orders, and assist with account-related tasks. Professionally answer product and promotional inquiries, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Document interactions for auditing purposes. Resolve issues, de-escalate conflicts, and promote our products, services, and events to clients. Complete daily training and stay updated on promotions. Seek guidance from departments and leaders to enhance job skills and performance. Essential Qualifications Proficiency in Spanish (speaking, reading, writing), bilingual in English and Spanish. Willingness to learn and be passionate about our products. Excellent customer service abilities. Quick learner in a fast-paced environment. Microsoft Office proficiency. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Friendly and upbeat attitude. Effective listening, comprehension, and problem-solving skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Reside in Utah. High-speed internet access (minimum 100 Mbps download). Private, distraction-free home workspace. Preferred Qualifications Phone skills (preferred but not required). Previous experience in customer service or a related field. Familiarity with health and wellness products and services.
