Job Overview As a Bilingual Spanish and English Licensed Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This position requires an active Personal Lines or Property and Casualty resident insurance license, allowing you to interface with customers through inbound and outbound calls, as well as online communications. Essential Qualifications 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry. Active Personal Lines or Property and Casualty resident insurance license. Able to communicate fluently in Spanish and English (test required). High school diploma or GED. Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
