Job Summary As a remote customer service representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for supporting multiple bank customers who have accrued enough reward points to purchase products. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and addressing concerns related to tracking shipments, cancellations, refunds, and website assistance. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound customer calls, providing timely and effective support to customers Assist customers with tracking shipments, cancelling shipments, refunding reward points, and resolving issues related to damaged shipments Help customers navigate our website and purchase products using their accumulated reward points Book travel arrangements, including flights, car rentals, activities, and cruises, using customer reward points Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction Maintain accurate records and update customer information as needed Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma (HSD) or General Educational Development (GED) certificate required 6+ months of customer service representative (CSR) and call center experience Exceptional phone and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers Bilingual skills are highly valued, but not required Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in the banking or rewards sector Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and technology Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Skills and Competencies: To succeed as a remote customer service representative at blithequark, you will need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team Technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Training and Schedule: As a new customer service representative, you will undergo comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role. The training schedule includes: Day one: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Training hours after the first day: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Multiple schedules are available after training, and shifts are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
