Key Responsibilities Answer a high volume of incoming calls and place outbound calls, utilizing established service standards, phone/email/chat etiquette, and communications scripts to respond to patient inquiries and provide personalized support. Act as a Brand Ambassador, demonstrating high levels of comprehensive customer service and nurturing long-lasting relationships built on trust and exceptional customer service. Determine the best course of action to handle phone calls, emails, and chat messages, taking necessary action to convert calls to scheduled appointments for arenaflex clinics. Review insurance eligibility for applicable callers, communicate with the virtual benefits team to verify eligibility, and ensure accurate and updated patient information at each contact point. Contact and schedule referral patients, providing high levels of comprehensive customer service and following up with referral partners to maintain positive relationships and efficient patient information transfer. Document patient interactions in our patient management system and shared tracking files, maintaining strict patient/client confidentiality at all times. Direct non-patient care-related communications to the appropriate person or department, ensuring seamless and efficient support.
