About the Role We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Responsibilities As a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: Connect with customers via phone to resolve their questions, issues, or concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Escalate/transfer/complete conference calls to banks, loan originators, financial institutions, and more as needed. Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, providing excellent customer service and support. Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Provide feedback on call issues to help improve our processes and services. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Bilingual Spanish/English skills are required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages. High School Diploma or GED is required, with a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience. 6 months of Call Center experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Ability to type 25 wpm and comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems. Proven oral and written communication skills , with logical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Availability to work various shifts , including evenings and weekends, with a strong ability to stay composed and objective in a fast-paced environment. Work from Home Requirements To work from home, you will need: Internet Connection Requirements : A minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps, with an ISP that has no packet loss and ping under 50ms. Proof of internet speed is required, with a clean and quiet workspace that is free from distractions.
