We offer a clear path for career growth and development, and we encourage our employees to take ownership of their careers. **Responsibilities** As a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: * Fielding customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. * Connecting with customers via phone to resolve their questions, issues, or concerns. * Escalating/Transferring/Completing conference calls to banks, loan originators, financial institutions, and more. * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues. * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. * Providing feedback on call issues. **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless people – people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
