Our team is small but mighty, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion and values to join us on this journey. **The Role** As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our users through our Intercom customer messaging platform. You'll be responsible for answering live chat messages, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues effectively in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese. Your strong communication skills, technical savvy, and passion for our mission will make you an invaluable asset to our team. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer live chat messages and support the needs of our users through our Intercom customer messaging platform in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese * Collect and relay customer feedback to the rest of the arenaflex team * Identify potential issues and coordinate appropriately with the Development team * Support other Customer Support projects as necessary * Manage inbound and outbound calls to users with professionalism and courtesy * Provide information and resolve issues effectively **What You'll Love** * **Mission**: This work is incredibly humbling. This position will begin at 20 hours per week and has the potential to ramp up to 40 hours a week depending on need and volume. * **Flexibility**: This is a remote contract role, so you can work from anywhere in the world. **What We're Looking For** * **Passion**: First and foremost, we're looking for someone excited and passionate about our mission.
