Our team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our family. **Job Summary** As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the front line for our Spanish-speaking customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their meal orders are processed efficiently and accurately. This is a fully remote position, and we're looking for candidates who are located in Idaho, Nevada, Texas, or Utah. If you're a motivated, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities** As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal orders * Addressing questions and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction * Inputting order information into the appropriate client order screen * Documenting all conversations with clients into our client information database * Ensuring all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file * Contacting case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients * Working quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Bilingual (English/Spanish) language skills * High school degree or GED * 1 year of previous customer service experience * Previous knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook) * Clear oral communication skills * Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints * Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values * A wired internet connection using an ethernet port (broadband internet wired to the home is required – cable modem/service or fiber optic; no satellite, 4/5G, or DSL circuits) * A quiet workspace that is free from distraction **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * 1 year of previous call center experience * Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems * Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures **Physical Requirements** This role requires: * Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers * Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods * Visual perception to perform the job, including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus **What We Offer** As a valued member of our team, you can expect: * Tiered growth path for promotion starting Day 1 * Eligible for Referral Bonuses starting Day 1 * Weekly paychecks * PTO, 401k, and a full benefits package * A dynamic, mission-driven work environment where you can grow and develop your skills * The opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives **Company Culture** At blithequark, we're a family-operated business that values compassion, friendliness, and a strong sense of community.
