About the Role As a remote Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language. You will help customers resolve basic technical issues, track, document, and retrieve information in databases, and maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services. Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Key Responsibilities: Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (French and English) Help customers resolve basic technical issues Track, document, and retrieve information in databases Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables Offer additional products and/or services Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and requirements: Essential Qualifications: The ability to speak fluent French and English 1+ year of customer service experience A high school diploma or GED A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking Eagerness to learn new technologies Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Career Growth and Development Opportunities At Blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
