About the Role We're seeking an experienced and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Spain. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, anywhere in Spain. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers via telephone and email. You'll be the face of our company, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Taking incoming contacts (via telephone and email) and solving users' demands in a timely and professional manner Logging call details onto call management systems and providing response and resolution within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Maintaining service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual clients Understanding the customer profile and maintaining appropriate communication in relation to it Ensuring contractual SLAs are maintained and exceeded Acting as a Brand Ambassador for arenaflex and our clients' products Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Proficiency or bilingualism in French and Spanish, with advanced English skills Good disposition to work in a customer service environment, with excellent teamwork skills Customer care skills, with the ability to listen to and understand customers' needs Ability to take ownership of calls and progress them to resolution or escalate to resolution Initiative and availability to receive training and adapt to new situations Proven expertise in client services, particularly in the fashion or boutique industry Interest and passion for fashion, with knowledge of the latest fashion trends Proven expertise in E-commerce client service, particularly after-purchase support Knowledge of emotional intelligence, with the ability to identify and solve customers' problems in an empathetic way Proven expertise in Payment Method platforms Knowledge of CRM software Essential Qualifications In addition to the above skills and qualifications, you'll need to meet the following essential requirements: Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection Availability to work a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations What We Offer In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a range of benefits, including: Full-time, 39-hour-per-week permanent contract Competitive salary of 18,400 euros gross per year, plus up to 1,200 euros gross per year in bonuses Opportunity to work from home anywhere in Spain Bring-a-friend (referral) bonus opportunities Full paid training on our company and the project you'll be working on Career development programs, specialized courses, and language classes Career Growth and Development FREE Learning and Leadership Development programs Career development programs, specialized courses, and language classes Opportunities for advancement and promotion within the company Our Culture and Values Respect and empathy for our customers and colleagues A commitment to excellence and delivering outstanding customer experiences A passion for innovation and continuous improvement A focus on teamwork and collaboration Why Join arenaflex?
