About the Role We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a remote customer service representative, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home and provide inbound customer support to our clients using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language. You will be responsible for helping customers resolve basic technical issues, tracking and documenting information in databases, and maintaining broad knowledge of client products and/or services. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (French and English) Help customers resolve basic technical issues Track, document, and retrieve information in databases Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables Offer additional products and/or services to customers Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: The ability to speak fluent French and English 1+ year of customer service experience A high school diploma or GED A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking Eagerness to learn new technologies Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone Essential Skills and Competencies In addition to the above qualifications, you will need to possess the following essential skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Career Growth and Development Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
