Job Overview In this fully remote position, you will serve as the frontline ambassador for our Spanish-speaking customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring seamless meal ordering experiences. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with clients, addressing questions, and providing exceptional support to ensure customer satisfaction Input order information into the appropriate client order screen, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Document all conversations with clients into our client information database, maintaining detailed records and ensuring seamless communication Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file, proactively managing your portfolio to meet customer needs Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when special situations arise, demonstrating effective communication and problem-solving skills Work quickly and efficiently without making clients feel rushed, balancing productivity with a customer-centric approach Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, enabling you to communicate effectively with our diverse client base A high school degree or GED, providing a foundation for further learning and development At least 1 year of previous customer service experience, demonstrating your ability to deliver exceptional support and resolve customer complaints Previous knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook), facilitating efficient communication and data management Clear oral communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex information and provide empathetic support Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints, showcasing your problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Prior experience adhering to company policies and demonstrating core values, highlighting your commitment to excellence and integrity A wired internet connection using an ethernet port and a quiet workspace free from distractions, ensuring you can work efficiently and effectively in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be advantageous: 1 year of previous call center experience, providing a solid foundation for handling high-volume customer interactions Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, enabling you to leverage technology to enhance customer experiences Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures, demonstrating your understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles Physical Requirements This role involves: Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers, requiring you to maintain a comfortable and ergonomic workspace Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods, and taking regular breaks to maintain your well-being Visual perception to perform job tasks, including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, ensuring you can effectively interact with digital systems and communicate with clients Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting your professional growth and development.
