Over 18 years old, with a national ID or permanent resident ID (Dimex). High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong educational foundation. Fluent English and Spanish language proficiency required, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong typing, phone, and computer navigation skills, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
