The Role The B Shift Returns Data Entry Specialist will work closely with the Returns Department leadership team at blithequark to perform a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. This role is responsible for coordinating returned item data daily and entering data as required, ensuring seamless communication and excellent service standards to other departments within the organization. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations and contribute to the success of our company. Key Responsibilities Support the leadership team and inspectors with data entry of returned items, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain excellent service standards to other departments within the organization, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork. Interface with internal leadership, including department supervisors and leads, to ensure effective communication and issue resolution. Respond to emails daily regarding customer inquiries, providing timely and professional support to our customers. Enter data as needed by the Returns Department and/or the Customer Service Department, utilizing our WMS systems and other software applications. Who You Are To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively. Understanding of multiple systems, including WMS systems and High Jump. Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both written and verbal. Basic Excel skills and computer skills, with the ability to learn new software applications. Attention to detail and research skills, with the ability to analyze data and resolve issues. Warehouse experience, R/F scanner background, and data entry experience are preferred, but not required. Essential Qualifications In addition to the skills and qualifications listed above, the ideal candidate will possess: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or logistics. Experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment, with knowledge of inventory management and control. Proficiency in multiple software applications, including WMS systems, Excel, and other data analysis tools. Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
