Provide exceptional concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether via phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled and receives the best possible experience. Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers, maximizing efficiency and productivity. Distribute work between technicians efficiently, considering their skills and workload to ensure timely completion of services. Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs, demonstrating a strong knowledge of automotive services and solutions. Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary, ensuring that our customers' vehicles are serviced correctly and promptly.
