Job Overview In this critical role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, evaluating their needs and performing maintenance to keep their vehicles serviced and safe on the road. As an Automotive Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the organization and productivity of the service center through guest interactions, thorough vehicle inspections, and service and replacement part knowledge. Your primary goal will be to provide an outstanding customer experience, ensuring that every customer leaves our service center feeling valued, informed, and satisfied with the service they received. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to customers, evaluating their needs and performing maintenance to keep their vehicles serviced and safe on the road Responsible for the organization and productivity of the service center through guest interactions, thorough vehicle inspections, and service and replacement part knowledge Perform automotive preventive maintenance such as changing oil, checking and refilling other vehicle fluids, replacing filters, and inspecting and replacing lights and wipers Maintain a clean and safe workplace, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of vehicles, including their systems, components, and maintenance requirements Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and developments in the automotive industry Collaborate with other team members to achieve service center goals and objectives Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, a keen interest in the automotive industry, and a willingness to learn and grow with our company.
