Our mission is to deliver world-class customer service to those who deserve it most – our nation's finest and their families. **Your Mission** As an Associate Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure timely and accurate responses to our members, groups, providers, and brokers. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service and support to our valued customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Resolve customer inquiries and complaints via written, telephonic, and face-to-face communication in a timely and accurate manner. * Prepare adjustments for services not properly processed, either systematically or by forwarding to the appropriate area for follow-up and resolution. * Meet all production, quality, and adherence standards. Attend all required training classes. * Elevate issues to the next level of supervision, as appropriate. * Maintain accurate records, including timekeeping records. * Perform other duties as assigned or requested. **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma or GED required for all levels. * 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center, with healthcare customer service experience strongly preferred. * Due to Department of Defense (DoD) contract requirements, the incumbent who fills this position must be a US citizen and must also pass a background check. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service, including customer needs assessment and meeting standards. * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and respond to customers and their issues promptly and professionally. * Ability to take direction and navigate through multiple systems simultaneously. * Ability to maintain composure under stressful and fast-paced conditions. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to communicate complex information in a simple, customer-facing way. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel, Word, and Outlook. * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
