Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Platform Specialist to join our Strategic Accounts team in the Ad Platforms business. As a Platform Specialist, you'll be responsible for owning, growing, and developing key strategic accounts across the AMR market. You'll work closely with clients to optimize their campaigns, forge long-term partnerships, and deliver exceptional customer service. This is a hands-on, client-facing account management role that requires excellent communication and presentation skills, strategic selling proficiency, and the ability to analyze data and articulate insights in clear and simple terms. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to grow and optimize client campaigns, achieving business goals and revenue targets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies, providing exceptional customer service and support Analyze data and articulate insights to clients, making recommendations on how to optimize their campaigns Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to deliver market sentiment and feedback Lead senior-level decision-maker relationships, completing quarterly business reviews and joint business plans Work closely with the Platform Specialist team to ensure proper execution and alignment with customer business goals and objectives Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in performance media sales, with at least 3 years of experience using a self-serve type platform Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to travel and present in-person Strategic selling proficiency, working with performance advertisers and advertising agencies Professional and positive demeanor, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and agencies Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with large-scale advertising platforms and technologies Knowledge of the advertising industry, including trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements Experience with data analysis and insights, with the ability to articulate complex data insights in clear and simple terms What We Offer At Apple, we're committed to providing a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that supports your financial well-being and career growth.
